1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website (the “Site”), which is operated by Hefei Jiehang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (China) (“we”, “us”). By visiting the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you send us through the Site, and is part of these Terms.

2. What the Site offers

The Site presents LULUKAT cat furniture and our company. You may browse the public pages freely and submit the inquiry form to ask for product information, a quotation, or to discuss wholesale arrangements.

Products are sold through Amazon. The Site does not take orders or payments. Your purchase on Amazon is a contract with the Amazon seller shown on that listing, and Amazon’s own terms, returns policy and privacy notice apply to it.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, dimensions, weight limits, materials, images and other details on the Site are provided for reference only and may be updated without notice. Images may show styling or room setting that is not included with the product.

Where a product listing on Amazon or a written order confirmation from us differs from the Site, the Amazon listing or the written confirmation applies.

4. Inquiries and quotations

Submitting an inquiry is an enquiry about our products and services. It does not create a contract, an order or a binding offer by either party.

Quotations we provide are valid for the period stated in them, or for 30 days if no period is stated. A binding agreement exists only once we both sign a written contract or purchase order.

5. Warranty and returns

Products bought on Amazon are covered by Amazon’s returns and warranty policies. Products bought under a direct written contract with us are covered by the terms in that contract.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law where you live.

6. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

1. use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others;

2. use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to collect content or submit the inquiry form in bulk;

3. attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its servers;

4. submit false or misleading information in the inquiry form.

The text, photographs, graphics, layout and other content of the Site, and the LULUKAT name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The Site links to Amazon and may link to other third-party websites. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Purchases made through Amazon are also subject to Amazon’s own terms and policies, which govern any purchase dispute. If you access this website from mainland China, the laws of the People’s Republic of China apply to your use of the website.
