1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Hefei Jiehang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (China) (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit this website (the “Site”), including when you use our inquiry form. The Site presents LULUKAT cat furniture. Products are sold on Amazon, and purchases made there are governed by Amazon’s privacy notice.

2. Information we collect

You can browse the Site without creating an account. We collect personal information only when you submit our inquiry form. The form asks for: name, email address, country, inquiry type (retail, wholesale, press, or other) and your message. Submitted inquiries are stored in our server database, in addition to being forwarded by email, so that they are not lost if email delivery fails.

Automatic technical information: to prevent automated abuse of the form, our server temporarily keeps the IP address and submission count of form requests in memory for one minute. This is not written to a database or log and expires automatically. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server access logs (IP address, time of request, page requested and browser type) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are kept for 15 days.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to you, provide product information or quotations, discuss orders, wholesale arrangements, and follow up on your request.

We do not use your information to send marketing emails unless you ask us to. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and it does not load third-party tracking scripts. Fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain. Because the Site does not track visitors across websites, we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

5. Who we share information with

We share inquiry information only with service providers that help us operate the Site and receive inquiries, under contracts that limit their use to providing services to us:

- Email service provider, which forwards inquiry content to business@delphex-pet.com and info@delphex-pet.com.

- Cloud service provider (such as Alibaba Cloud or Tencent Cloud), which hosts the Site and stores server logs.

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and safety. We do not share personal information with anyone else for their own marketing.

6. International transfers

Our service providers process information in mainland China and the countries or regions where our email service provider operates. This may be outside the country where you live. Where the law requires, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for transfers of personal information.

7. Legal bases (for users in the EU and UK)

We process inquiry information based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before you submit the form. We process technical and security information based on our legitimate interest in keeping the Site available and protected from abuse. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.

8. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry records for 12 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is needed to fulfil a contract or meet a legal obligation. We delete them afterwards, or earlier if you ask us to. Temporary form records are deleted after one minute. Server access logs are kept for 15 days.

9. Your rights

Everyone can ask us to tell them what personal information we hold about them, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it); and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the CPRA.

To make a request, email contact@delphex-pet.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act. We respond within 30 days, or within 45 days for California requests, and may extend this once where the law allows, with notice to you.

10. Children

The Site is intended for business and adult customers. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information through the form, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

All pages and form submissions are sent over HTTPS. Access to inquiry records is limited to staff who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on the Site before they take effect.
