Materials

Crag is a mid-to-large mocha embossed-plush cat tree, like a stack of rocky ledges: a group of sisal-wrapped posts rises from the base, with a square cat-ear-roofed house on the lower level, a large oval opening on the front and another on the side so it can be entered from either end; above it a long shelf, and at the very top a back-rest bed with a sisal ball hanging beneath. A large cream basket extends from one side of the central post, in contrast to the mocha, and a cat can sink right into it. Each post is capped at both ends with plush and wrapped in sisal in the middle, so there is plenty to scratch. Steady and calm, it does not look cluttered in a living room.
