Materials
Reef is a compact dark-grey plush cat tree, like a rock just breaking the surface of the water: a round base sits firmly on the floor and two thick posts hold up a top bed with a half-circle back-rest; one post carries two round sisal steps to climb one after another, while a long sisal board leans on the other side, serving as a ramp and as a scratching surface. Two woven sisal balls on springs stand on either side of the base and wobble at a touch, hard for a passing cat to resist. Dark grey with pale sisal looks calm and stands out against a light floor or rug.
